Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through follow recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. It’s hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially since they’re a part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members. What you'll do Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicating and being flexible to the needs of the business. Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling and storing merchandise according to company policies and food safety standards. Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement. Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintaining work area, quality control, date control, waste elimination, and proper packaging, labeling and storage. Advocate for the department and the club by delivering high‑quality service and products. Follow company policies, procedures and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying them in all business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers and other partners and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
