Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Senior Living Community. Schedule: Day 6A–6P, Night 6P–6AM. You will provide compassionate care and companionship to our senior residents at Willow Tree Care Center. Responsibilities Engage in attentive monitoring of patients throughout treatment, creating a reassuring atmosphere. Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs gently, prioritizing comfort and well‑being. Support patients in adhering to medication regimens, fostering trust and reliability. Work seamlessly with RNs and other medical team members, contributing to a harmonious healthcare environment. Foster strong connections with patients' families, acting as liaison to ensure open communication and a supportive network. Qualifications Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state.
