Qualifications Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) or 5+ years of new‑home construction experience Knowledge of applicable state codes Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction and ability to read blueprints Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outside in various weather conditions, and work from heights and in tight spaces Own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics Do you have good communication skills?
