Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring graduate-level clinical interventions to meet diverse client needs. \n
- Manage case assignments effectively, providing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers and community organizations. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies, guiding clients through their individualized service plans and tracking progress over time. \n
- Engage in patient rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment approaches and develop cohesive care strategies for clients. \n
- Ensure ethical practice through diligent adherence to confidentiality standards and the timely execution of clinical responsibilities. \n
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- Must possess a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Texas. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, with a proven track record of effective client engagement and therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Willingness to commit to working between 10 to 40 sessions per week, aligning personal availability with client needs. \n
While not mandatory, experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices is highly valued. Candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or family therapy will be particularly advantageous as they contribute to our holistic approach in therapy.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to competitive pay, the benefits package includes:
