Night Auditor - 3rd Shift Front Desk Agent

We are looking for an experienced Night Audit/ Overnight Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Candidate must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business demands dictate.Previous experience with Hilton-branded properties is pensation:$19 hourlyResponsibilities:Complete the daily night audit of the hotel as needed for audit shiftsPerform all check-in and check-out tasksInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card dataRegister guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign roomsProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesRespond to clients complaints in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready to accommodate guests needsUpsell additional facilities and services, when appropriateMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsQualifications:Previous work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar roleExperience with Hilton's OnQ is preferredUnderstanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisorCustomer service attitudeExcellent communication and organizational skillsA degree in hotel management is a plusJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Night Audit: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:Overnight Shift (Required)About CompanyOur lakeside hotel is located in Charlotte, NC, a half-mile from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and steps from The Shoppes at University Place.
