Environmental Quality Manager

Responsibilities Manage staff, including hiring, training, development, engagement, performance evaluation, and compensation recommendations Implement and manage quality processes, audits, and continuous improvement programs Provide input on the development and improvement of policies and procedures Advise leadership on quality-related matters Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication Resolve escalated quality issues and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies Manage departmental budgets, including resource allocation Lead or participate in special projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality regulations and industry trends Requirements Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field Three (3) years of quality experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of quality systems and operations Ability to manage and administer comprehensive quality programs Skills in leading, coaching, and evaluating employees Effective interaction with diverse individuals, including challenging situations Proficiency in report writing and business communication Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
