Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Load, operate, and unload dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep dish areas, sinks, floors, and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed.
• Sort and store clean items in proper locations for easy kitchen access.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support smooth service.
• Report equipment issues or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly.

Qualifications
