Field Superintendent

Springborn Staffing seeks a hands-on Site Superintendent to lead field operations on major civil projects across New Hampshire and Maine. You will read plans, direct crews, coordinate with project teams, and drive production safely and efficiently in the field. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in foreman/superintendent roles, 5+ years operating excavators/heavy equipment, and a proven ability to manage field execution from plans to completion.
