Campus Recruiter

We are seeking a Temporary Campus Recruiter to support our client in Massachusetts.  In this Part Time 20/hours a week role, you will be in charge of introducing prospected candidates to life at the university. You won't just be making phone calls, you'll be leveraging creative omnichannel outreach (calls, texts, email, and social media) to turn prospective leads into active applicants.

This role is a hybrid role. Applicants MUST be local to Massachusetts.   

salary: $33 - $36 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 2 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Access and navigate the CRM to generate targeted candidate reports, systematically identifying and prioritizing high-potential candidates.

• Deploy a multi-channel outreach strategy, leveraging phone calls, text messaging, email, and social media platforms to connect with prospective students where they are most responsive.

• Implement innovative, personalized communication tactics to break through the noise, initiate meaningful dialogue, and boost candidate engagement.

• Conduct structured initial discovery calls and follow-ups to educate candidates, gauge interest, and drive participation in early-career programs.
