Developer Position

Join our dynamic team and contribute to transforming legacy accounting systems into innovative, cloud-enabled solutions. We are looking for a talented and experienced developer to bring cutting-edge technology to solve business challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

Location: McLean VA 22102 (Mon – Fri on-site)

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in Java 8 or 17
  • Proficiency with Spring/Spring Boot
  • Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or DB2
  • Cloud experience with AWS and Kubernetes
  • Angular experience on a Java base with GUI
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AI or Chat GPT
  • Experience with non-relational databases and Python
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Understand user stories and participate in analysis and design applications
  • Build microservices-based solutions using Java/JEE frameworks, Docker, and Open Shift or AWS managed Kubernetes
  • Support and provide fixes for production defects and evaluate solutions quickly
  • Build UIs using Angular, CSS/SCSS, and HTML
