We are seeking a high-performance Aesthetics Sales Closer to partner with our clinic as an Independent Contractor (1099). This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a results-driven environment and values the autonomy of managing their own schedule and book of business.
The Opportunity
As a 1099 Consultant, you will operate as an expert closer for our regenerative hair restoration services. You will be responsible for leveraging your high-ticket sales expertise to convert leads into committed clients.
Scope of Services:
Consultative Sales: Lead in-person consultations to present and sell specialized regenerative hair-restoration solutions
Revenue Generation: Use persuasive closing techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
Client Management: Manage follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction
Market Expertise: Maintain professional-level knowledge of our service suite to provide expert recommendations
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales metrics and client outcomes
Qualifications:
High-Ticket Background: Minimum of three years of experience in high-ticket consumer sales (MedSpa, elective surgery, or luxury goods preferred)
Proven Closer: A documented track record of closing high-value contracts in a one-on-one setting
Strong communication and persuasion skills: Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset
Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to work independently, manage your time, and maintain a professional presence
