Role Description The Area Experience Leader is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater New Orleans Region, focused on guiding the client and associate experience across multiple offices. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring service quality, consistent brand standards, and smooth workflow during peak and off-peak tax seasons. Responsibilities include coaching office leaders and tax professionals, supporting training initiatives, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Area Experience Leader collaborates with local and regional leadership to implement company strategies, support community outreach, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance client loyalty. This position requires regular visits to area offices, active presence in the field, and hands-on support to teams to ensure a cohesive and positive experience for clients and associates. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly, build relationships, and collaborate across multiple offices. Analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that improve client experience and operational outcomes. Sales and client service skills to support office teams in promoting services, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Training and coaching skills to develop office leaders and associates, facilitate learning, and support ongoing performance improvement. Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to address issues, align stakeholders, and maintain a productive work environment. Experience in multi-site operations management, retail or service industry leadership, or related fields is beneficial. Ability to work on-site across the Greater New Orleans Region, with flexibility during peak tax seasons. Proficiency with basic office technology and comfort learning new systems; prior experience in tax or financial services is a plus.
