iCIMS Reporting & Analytics AnalystClient is seeking an experienced iCIMS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to lead the design, development, standardization, and deployment of recruiting reports and dashboards across our Global Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will partner with Talent Acquisition leaders supporting Corporate, Bangalore, and Store recruiting teams to inventory reporting needs, prioritize work, build scalable reporting solutions within iCIMS, and establish reporting governance that improves consistency, adoption, and decision-making. The ideal candidate is an advanced iCIMS reporting expert with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and recruiting operations.
