Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Family-owned commercial construction company seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support an active airport project . Great opportunity for an experienced APM ready to grow into a PM role.

• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, change orders, and project administration
\n
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the PM
\n
• Serve as an “extra arm” to the Project Manager and help keep projects on track
\n
• 1–3+ years of commercial construction experience
\n
• Construction Management degree preferred
\n
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
\n
• Airport, K-12, or higher education experience a plus
\n

Compensation: Competitive pay with bonuses offered

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, in office daily, Miami FL
