Content Marketing Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager who can be a powerhouse at content production. If you can write compelling copy and turn raw ideas into high-converting assets, we want you on our team. What you'll do Hands-on content production: drive end-to-end content creation for LinkedIn, Telegram, and Reddit. You will actively copywrite from scratch based on your research and provided information, craft SEO/GEO blog articles and event descriptions, create simple visuals, and outline video scripts. Active content commenting: building presence on various platforms with active and relevant content commenting. Content repurposing and AI: turn raw ideas, briefs, voice messages, and expert insights into engaging, multi-platform formats using AI and smart workflows. Growth and analytics: set up, track, and optimize marketing analytics to continuously improve SEO performance. Team cooperation: actively participating in team calls, online meetings and brainstorming sessions. What you bring Experience: background in hands-on content creation and copywriting; experience in digital marketing is a plus. Platform mastery: deep understanding of algorithms and formats for LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit and YouTube (video descriptions for SEO/GEO). Self-management skills: the ability to work remotely and independently, manage deadlines, and align with the team when needed. Tech-savvy: strong hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, research, and workflow automation. Understanding of SEO/GEO algorithms is a plus.
