About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all global finance and accounting functions. This includes building and institutionalizing scalable financial infrastructure, processes, and controls to support the company's rapid growth and international expansion. The ideal candidate will have a rare blend of hands-on operational execution and strategic financial leadership, with a strong background in hardware, manufacturing, or physical product finance. They should be experienced in managing global, multi-entity finance organizations and have a proven track record in scaling FP&A, accounting, and finance infrastructure. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, CPA, or advanced finance/accounting credentials preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a focus on high-growth, operationally complex businesses. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, strong cross-functional partnership skills, and a low-ego, highly collaborative leadership style. The successful candidate will be expected to strengthen financial controls, enhance gross margin discipline, and build a finance organization capable of supporting long-term institutional scale and public markets readiness. Experience in hardware-enabled technology or SaaS environments is strongly preferred, as is a background in venture-backed, private equity-backed, or founder-led growth companies.
