Senior Product Manager

RB Global / IAA is seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead our vehicle intake product direction and deliver great upstream experiences for our sellers. As part of the Marketplace Supply product team, this role owns the product strategy and roadmap creation and execution as we shift the intake mix and user experience toward earlier, lower-touch, prediction-driven routing to reduce cycle time, costs, and risk for carriers and providers.

This role will work across Marketplace Supply and Ops product teams, and partner with Data, Engineering, and Design, and collaborate with Business and Stakeholders to build products and engaging experiences to get vehicles into our marketplace faster and at lower cost. A good-fit candidate brings direct experience setting and leading product strategy and roadmap delivery for insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and product strategy for a go forward upstream intake product strategy
• Create and deliver against a product roadmap for vehicle intake and assignment
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve user experience and engagement across IAA upstream solutions
• Build and nurture existing and new relationships with insurance carriers, stakeholders and business leaders
• Analyze trends and conduct research in upstream salvage transformation and carrier / provider priorities
• Benchmark competitors and identify strategic white space opportunities
• Define new intake and assignment products for our provider-users
• Shift intake toward earlier, faster, lower-cost paths that reduce delay and avoidable fees
• Capture carrier and stakeholder input into clear product definitions and business cases for Engineering
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable strategic product plans
• Set and track KPIs for cycle time, contact cost, and storage cost
• Partner with Marketplace Ops, CSAT, B2B, and Engineering to deliver intake initiatives
• Identify emerging carrier needs and risks in the intake and assignment landscape
• Represent the carrier perspective inside Product Management to guide priorities
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and explore emerging technologies influencing remarketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience owning product strategy or significant large-scale product leadership
• Experience owning business-critical carrier / provider product outcomes.
• Track record of successful strategic product delivery and lifecycle product management.
• Demonstrated obsession with building great products and evolving digital user experiences
• Broad product management experience across methodologies, frameworks and tools.
• Significant experience with prioritization and justification efforts
• Expertise across product development processes, tools and expectations
• Comfortable presenting and collaborating across business and technical resources
• Technical experience a plus
• Claude, Atlassian, Microsoft, Figma experience is a plus
• Experience working with qualitative and quantitative customer data to inform decisions.
• Should be able to switch between thinking creatively and analytically.
