Role and interaction with players: Keep the kitchen running efficiently by washing dishes, organizing equipment, and ensuring all prep items are ready for use—helping your teammates deliver a top-notch player experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by following sanitation procedures and supporting food prep teams. Work seamlessly with fellow playmakers to ensure the kitchen and back-of-house operations are smooth and efficient. Stick to strict food safety and sanitation procedures to create a safe and fresh environment for players and playmakers alike. Lift and move things: Handle items up to 50 lb., with comfort in lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. On your feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day.
