Host Position at Moose's Tooth
Join the Moose's Tooth team as a host and be the welcoming face of our beloved restaurant! As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll have the amazing opportunity to greet them with a smile, manage the waitlist, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable flow throughout the restaurant. You'll guide our guests, answer their questions, and team up with our amazing staff to create a fantastic dining experience!
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with:
- Interest in long-term employment
- Daytime availability on weekdays (9am - 5pm)
- Open availability on weekends
- Flexible school schedules

Requirements
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job tools and training provided.
Skills, Abilities & Work Conditions
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
