Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Active state licensure as required for speech-language pathologists
• Prior experience delivering therapy in schools preferred
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and student-focused approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy sessions on-site or through secure teletherapy systems
• Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure integrated student support
