Patients and visitors at Northland arrive for a variety of reasons from the joyous (a new baby) to the serious (a surgery). Whatever the reason, customer experience volunteers welcome everyone with a kind and caring greeting. In this role, you will provide directions, answer questions, and assist patients, visitors, and staff.

- Relish in taking time to ensure each person’s needs are met
- Thrive on providing excellent customer service
