Overview
Responsible for engaging in face to face, phone, and electronic sales while utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals. Responsible for money handling and maintaining a stocked and neat retail store.
Responsibilities
- Understand the marketplace
- Know product features
- Work to meet prospect customers’ needs
- Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales
- Effective closing technique
- Quote follow up- quote to order conversion
- Share expertise with others
Qualifications
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft office and other Company and discipline specific software applications
