Job Title: Student Services-Book & Schedule Pick-Up Support - TEMPORARY Reports to: Assistant Principal of Student Services Terms and Conditions: August 17th: 7:30am - 3:30pm - Lunch Break 11:30am - 12:30pm August 18th: 7:30am - 3:30pm - Lunch Break 11:30am - 12:30pm August 19th: 7:30am - 3:30pm - Lunch Break 11:30am - 12:30pm August 20th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm August 24th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm Must be available to work all dates & times listed above. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary: $15.00 per hour or per collective bargaining agreement. This position is temporary and not eligible for benefits. Job Summary: Provide assistance during OPRFHS Book & Schedule Pick Up. Student Schedule Distribution Photography, Lanyards, and ID Support Handbook Distribution Duties: Greet and welcome students. Ensure that students have fulfilled all residency and financial obligations. Distribute class schedules, student handbooks, and student IDs upon verifying satisfactory student status. Direct students to other departments if obligations have not been fulfilled in order to complete the registration process. Complete any other duties that may be required. Qualifications: Must be able to commit to work every day on the schedule. Must be pleasant and friendly when working with students and families. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be able to follow the outlined Book & Schedule Pick-Up procedures. Must be willing to learn and help in all areas of the process.
