Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + **Lead** the recovery journey for orthopedic patients by implementing specialized care plans that prioritize pain management, wound integrity, and the return of safe mobility. + **Champion** the multidisciplinary approach by coordinating with surgeons, physical therapists, and specialists to ensure every treatment aligns with the patient's long-term functional goals. + **Monitor** patient progress with high clinical intuition, identifying subtle changes in condition to ensure a safe, complication-free recovery from surgery. + **Empower** patients and their support systems through expert education and discharge planning, providing the confidence and tools needed for a successful transition back to daily life. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
