Brightway Insurance is looking for an experienced property and casualty (P&C) insurance agent to join their team in Warrenville, IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions to clients. This position is sales-focused and requires exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Quoting and selling various insurance products to potential clients.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assessing clients' insurance requirements and offering suitable insurance recommendations.
• Explaining policy specifics, coverage limits, and exclusions clearly to clients.
• Guiding clients in completing insurance applications and necessary documentation.
• Handling policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates in insurance policies.
• Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions effectively.

Qualifications include:

• Possession of a valid property and casualty license in Illinois.
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Demonstrated background in sales administration or retail sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and make well-informed decisions.

Compensation includes:

• Base salary: $35,000 per year, in addition to commissions and bonuses.
• Anticipated first-year total earnings between $50,000 and $65,000, inclusive of base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
