Job Details Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the State of Colorado. Preferred Qualifications: Previous successful assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with Select Medical is a plus. Additional Information: Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning, and document medical records accurately and timely. Participate in student programs, create individual professional development plans, and adhere to State Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Maintain professional licensure and engage in continuous professional development. Demonstrate organizational performance improvement awareness and contribute to quality initiatives.
