Production Shift Supervisor

Role Description The Production Shift Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR, responsible for overseeing daily production activities during assigned shifts. This role manages production lines, monitors workflow, and ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and adjusts plans as needed to meet output goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and coaching production team members, resolving operational issues, enforcing safety and food-handling policies, and maintaining accurate shift documentation. The role also involves collaborating with management and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching. Candidates should possess experience with production schedules and production planning to meet daily and weekly output targets. Candidates should possess production management capabilities, including resource allocation, process oversight, and adherence to quality standards. Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and cross-functional partners. Relevant experience in food production or manufacturing environments, with a focus on safety and quality control. Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, AR and manage fast-paced operations across different shifts as needed. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
