The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a Senior Associate for Organizational Development to design, deliver and maintain learning programs. You will work with subject-matter experts to deliver courses, manage logistics, and track outcomes to support career growth across OCC. You will partner with the OD team to execute learning initiatives, facilitate sessions, and ensure timely completion of programs while supporting vendor relationships and ERP/LMS operations in a hybrid work #J-18808-Ljbffr The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC)
