Partner Marketing Manager – Contract (6 Months) Sia Experience is the end‑to‑end marketing and customer experience arm of Sia. Agile and collaborative, our Marketing Advisory Business Line delivers high‑impact, growth‑focused solutions by blending marketing, CX, creative, AI, and deep industry expertise. We empower clients across technology, luxury, consumer goods, finance, energy, and more to scale operational excellence and drive brand‑led growth through AI‑ and data‑driven strategies. Our teams lead full‑funnel marketing transformations—from strategy and go‑to‑market execution to experience design, performance measurement, and sustainable impact. Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project‑based work. Project Title: Partner Marketing Manager Level: Mid‑Senior Project Length: Temporary position for 6 months (through 12/31/26) Project Hours: 40 hours per week a rate of $80‑90/hr The expected compensation for this contract is per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location. Location: West Coast We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Marketing Manager to help drive growth through strategic partner relationships. Provide day‑to‑day ownership of alliance marketing execution and partner workstreams across strategic partners. This role will focus on building and executing partner marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen partner engagement, and support joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Autonomous Problem‑Solver: You thrive in ambiguous environments and take ownership of the "how." You provide finished work‑products that simplify the lives of your leaders by anticipating needs and delivering with precision. RESPONSIBILITIES Workstream Ownership: Manage day‑to‑day workstreams across major strategic partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, SIs). Keep complex, multi‑stakeholder projects moving toward a deadline. B2B SaaS Fluency: Strong background in the tech ecosystem, understanding how to drive demand and engagement through joint go‑to‑market initiatives. Strategic Content Creation: Draft and design high‑impact partner communications, internal updates, and executive‑level presentations. Partner Marketing Program Coordination: Align partner, event, and regional teams to execute joint campaigns, nurtures, and events. Cross‑Functional Execution: Drive follow‑ups and alignment across internal teams to ensure no initiative stalls. Operational Inputs: Partner with Ops and Data Science to prepare data and insights for MBRs and pipeline tracking. SUCCESS METRICS Reliability & Trust: Leadership views you as a "force multiplier" because you deliver polished, high‑quality outputs that require little to no oversight or revision. Operational Momentum: Partner workstreams are organized, transparent, and moving at a rapid pace, with all stakeholders consistently informed and aligned. Seamless Adaptability: Navigate changing goals with ease, successfully shifting resources and focus to the highest‑priority tasks without losing execution quality. Measurable Growth: Contributions to MBRs and pipeline tracking clearly demonstrate the ROI of joint go‑to‑market initiatives, helping to scale the partner ecosystem. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing Enterprise partner or alliance marketing experience Strong program management and communication skills Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams Comfortable working independently and driving execution Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology environments; proven experience supporting demand generation initiatives with partners Experience developing marketing content and campaign assets Highly proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast‑paced environment Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality and speed of execution EEO STATEMENT All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
