responsibilities:

• Direct the end-to-end physical design and modeling of large-scale, hyper-scale, edge, and colocation data center environments using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 while integrating resiliency and redundancy standards.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and field personnel to ensure physical layouts and designs meet safety standards, scope criteria, budgets, and delivery schedules.

• Interface directly with leading data center clients to resolve ambiguous project scopes, perform technical reviews, and deliver flexible solutions under fast-paced timelines.

• Conduct field surveys, perform engineering calculations, compile technical reports, and review drawings to verify compliance with codes and client specifications.

• Supervise drawing and 3D modeling production, provide guidance on design risk factors, and mentor junior-level engineers and technical staff across Our Client's project portfolio.
