To learn more about this role and see how you can build and develop your career, please see below: Role The Deckhand’s role is to help maintain a clean and orderly pool deck to ensure that students and staff are safe and all items remain organized. They may be required to assist Instructors with getting equipment or helping students to and from class. Periodically throughout their shift, Deckhands will clean the locker rooms and make sure toilet paper and paper towels are stocked. A love for working with children and a positive personality are essential. Smiling is part of the Deckhand’s uniform :) Upholding a team‑mentality where all employees support each other and are excited to help teach swimming is FUNdamental!
