About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Independence Healthcare LLC, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs and physical condition
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, adhering to our company's standards and guidelines
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
