• Monday through Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
• 40 hour work week with no overtime
• 15 patients per day with longer visits
• Clinic setting
• Geriatric patient population ages 55 and up
• PACE program experience preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• 2 years NP experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
