Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions regarding products, store policies, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and other store duties as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
