Schedule

Monday-Friday

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• May transition to 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM after training
• Rotating on-call schedule shared with five other team members

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, VAVs, and air handlers
• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, cooling towers, and related systems
• Service generators, UPS systems, and commercial kitchen equipment
• Perform plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance
• Complete preventive maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures
• Change filters and belts, perform chemical testing/treatment
• Support building projects and day-to-day facility operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Experience in commercial buildings, critical facilities, or Class A properties
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Preferred

• EPA 608 or 609 Certification

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
