Pediatric Dentist Immediate Pediatric Dentist job opening in a private growing group practice providing dental care to children in Kansas City, KS and its suburbs. Qualifications Experience Required: We welcome new grads from Pediatric residency. Education Requirements: DMD or DDS degree from accredited college with Pediatric Dentist Certificate. Cert/Lic Required: Current Dentist license in Kansas. Compensation 30%-33% of production depending on experience. Benefits Negotiable Sign On bonus or relocation assistance CE allowance About the Employer Growing private Pediatric Dentistry group practice with 5 locations in Kansas City and its suburbs. We provide high quality dental care for children and are committed to an excellent patient experience. Our five convenient locations in Overland Park, Olathe, West Olathe, Prairie Village, and Kansas City, Kansas are centered in the heart of the Kansas City Suburbs and serve patients in the Johnson County and Wyandotte County areas, as well as patients who travel from rural Kansas. About the Position We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to add to our team for continued high quality dental care to children. Responsibilities Provide restorative and/or preventive pediatric procedures. Maintain a flexible schedule and provide services at all 5 locations. Deliver excellent patient experience, prioritizing patient comfort and confidence. Leverage a child-friendly environment supported by modern technology, including nitrous, digital x-rays, and a dedicated experienced team. Work with administrative support, dental assistants, and registered dental hygienists, and collaborate with marketing, staffing, scheduling, accounting, credentialing, and compliance teams.
