Job Title – Irrigation Technician

They may bring a year of irrigation experience, but what truly sets them apart is their self-motivation, humility, and eagerness to grow under strong leadership. They can handle tools confidently, troubleshoot basic electrical issues, and navigate a work truck safely. They want to be mentored toward becoming a Certified Irrigation Technician and eventually a Licensed Irrigator. Who You Are  

You’re a motivated, dependable person who takes initiative and likes figuring things out. Maybe you already have a year of irrigation experience—or maybe you’re simply hardworking, eager to learn, and comfortable using tools like shovels, screwdrivers, pliers, channel locks, and saws. You can perform basic electrical diagnostics, operate a vehicle safely, and drive progress through hard work and being efficient. You enjoy time with family, connecting with people, and being part of your community. 

What You’ll Do  

• Assist with irrigation system installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance 

• Use hand tools and light equipment to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently 

• Work closely with a leader who will train, support, and grow your irrigation knowledge 

• Represent MasterScapes professionally while serving residential and commercial clients 

• Participate in a culture that values honesty, teamwork, and continuous improvement
