Schedule: 6:30am - 3:15pm Monday-Friday + OT as needed

Job Duties

• Operate MPC stand-up equipment (not a forklift) to pick customer orders and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and product locations.
• Pick, stage, and verify orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, inventory, or RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and meet productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing).
• Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You Will Do


As a Order Picker you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Duties may include operating equipment, working with customers, handling materials, preparing documentation, supporting administrative activities, using technology, collaborating with team members, or completing other responsibilities appropriate to the position. Successful Order Picker professionals demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality work while contributing to organizational success.

• This position requires long-term standing, bending and lifting of boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• The associate will be operating the MPC (stand up equipment-not a forklift) to pick orders and maintain inventory.
• They will use an RF scanner to record the movement of product between each location.
