Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist! Location: Windom, MN Range: $71,818 - $107,727 annually *Rate offered will reflect applicable experience. Schedule: Part-time or Full-time Sign-on Bonus! Windom Area Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP), or Clinical Fellow to conduct patient evaluations, assessments and develop individual patient care plans, along with providing patient‑centered treatment with a variety of age groups. Candidates must be self‑motivated and interested in growing this in‑demand service line and must have graduated from an accredited institution. New Graduates are welcome as Clinical Fellow Mentorship is available. Modified barium swallow study experience preferred but not required. This position is a flexible part time or full time opportunity, and travel is required. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, (with Certificate of Clinical Competence or working towards CCC) Valid Speech Therapist license in the state of Minnesota Ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment About Windom Area Health: Windom Area Health is your regional center of care, with a focus on high quality healthcare and an excellent patient experience.
