Junior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you'll help develop compelling visual assets that support marketing initiatives across digital and print channels. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams, you'll create high-quality designs that elevate the brand while driving engagement and performance.

What You'll Do

• Design creative assets for email marketing, paid social, digital advertising, website content, landing pages, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and promotions to life.
• Produce visually compelling designs that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Incorporate performance insights and feedback to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency across all creative deliverables while maintaining a strong brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist with additional creative projects as needed.


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 2+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, branding, and campaign design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such asKlaviyo is a plus.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Photo retouching experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
