SAP Pricing Analyst

Base pay range $75.00/hr - $80.00/hr We are seeking a skilled SAP Pricing Analyst with Oil & Gas industry experience to translate business requirements into system requirements , perform system design, analysis, and configuration , and support pricing and settlements processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S4 , strong troubleshooting skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into functional and technical system requirements . Perform design, reviews, analysis, configuration, and modifications to systems. Execute individual tasks and work streams within assigned projects. Work independently with minimal direction from the project manager. Maintain and update daily pricing records while analyzing missing pricing data. Assist in transfer price error resolution and setup . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to ensure smooth pricing workflows. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Perform root cause analysis on pricing and settlement discrepancies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to pricing and settlements. Provide user training and documentation for pricing-related system enhancements. Support data migration and validation efforts during system upgrades or implementations. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry . 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S4 . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus. Understanding of pricing models, settlements, and transfer pricing concepts . Desired Skills: Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities. Attention to detail is essential. Ability to analyze issues and work through various steps to identify and implement solutions. Experience with SAP configuration, pricing procedures, and condition types is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
