Maintenance Technician - Full-Time Location: Olathe, KS | Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour | 30-40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance in apartments, common areas, grounds, and equipment
• Respond to service requests in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and associates
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and staff
• Report equipment and facility conditions to leadership
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
• Work scheduled 5 days a week, including weekend shifts

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in building or equipment repair
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents and coworkers
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check after job offer
