Maintenance Technician - Full-Time Location: Olathe, KS | Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour | 30-40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance in apartments, common areas, grounds, and equipment
Respond to service requests in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and associates
Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and staff
Report equipment and facility conditions to leadership
Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
Work scheduled 5 days a week, including weekend shifts

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of maintenance experience in building or equipment repair
Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents and coworkers
Must be able to pass a drug and background check after job offer
