What are your contributions to the team?Lead and influence the development and implementation of Lean business practices across the organization to enhance growth, productivity, and qualityPartner with site leadership to implement the company’s Lean Enterprise system and ensure best practices in processes, systems, and customer serviceDevelop, execute, and maintain transformation plans, including leading kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and mentoring future Lean practitionersAnalyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and monitor progressDeliver coaching and training on Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and problem-solving techniquesPromote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving among employees How to thrive in this role?Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related disciplineAt least two (2) years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations management Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies; strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities that are required at a level 1.Experience with demonstrated success developing and implementing continuous improvement programs and have leadership experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment.Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across departments.Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.Now that you can see yourself with the Bombardier Team!Opportunity Leader, Continuous Improvement Primary Location Bombardier US AerostructuresOrganization Bombardier US Aerostr LLC Requisition 14928 Leader, Continuous Improvement
