Account Executive
Strong understanding of how carriers, brokers, distributors or transit operations actually run
Comfortable and effective building pipeline from scratch across email, phone, social, and in-person channels.
Build credibility and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
We are seeking an Account Executive to win new customers and turn our proven traction into a repeatable growth engine. This is a full-cycle, top-of-funnel new-business role: you are responsible for generating your own pipeline and carrying every deal from first touch through to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on owning the entire sales motion, self-sourcing pipeline, running fast-paced deal cycles, and closing, in a category where deep industry knowledge is the winning advantage. You will work directly with the CEO, have real influence over how we sell, and help shape the go-to-market motion as we scale. You are a builder, not an order-taker. You know the best pipeline is the pipeline you create yourself, and you are energized by getting into new accounts, mapping buying committees, and turning a cold conversation into a signed contract. Once a deal is signed, you hand the customer to our customer success team and move on to the next logo. Nice to have
Familiarity with TMS, logistics, or supply chain software and workflows.
Experience selling a technical or SaaS product to operations or tech buyers.
Fluency with a modern sales stack (Hubspot, sales engagement, and prospecting tools)
Compensation
Base salary: $60,000 per year + commission
Uncapped commission!
Pre-paid commission for the first (3) months
