We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established, physician-led private practice in Southwest Louisiana . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a strong support team and flexible scheduling.

• Position: Full-Time | Permanent

• Schedule: 4.5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
\n
• Clinic Hours: Generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | First appointment at 8:30 AM | Last appointment at 4:30 PM
\n
• Weekend Coverage: Shared rotating coverage among providers
\n
• Call: Shared equally among the provider team
\n
• Inpatient: Limited to well-baby newborn rounding; no NICU coverage or delivery attendance
\n
• Patient Population: Newborns through 18 years
\n
• Patient Volume: Approximately 28–36 patients per day
\n
• Setting: Fully outpatient
\n
• EMR: Veridigm (formerly Allscripts)
\n
• Support: Dedicated nurse, float nurse/MA support, clinical managers, office/practice management, billing, referrals and prior authorization support
\n
• Start Date: Immediate
\n

• Base Salary: Up to $225,000 to start
\n
• 40% Production Bonus based on collections with monthly transparent tracking
\n
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
