Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of day-to-day AP activity. What You’ll Do Process component and indirect invoices accurately and efficiently Match invoices against electronic purchase orders Support transactions across multiple currencies Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong supplier relationships Help ensure AP records and payments remain accurate and on schedule What We’re Looking For Accounts payable or related accounting experience Experience working with purchase orders and invoice matching Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities Manufacturing AP experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for an AP professional looking for stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to grow within a manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
