Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Complex Liability Coverage Consultant to join a leading consulting practice focused on long-tail liability claims and insurance recovery solutions. This role provides an opportunity to help clients maximize insurance recoveries for complex claims while delivering strategic coverage analysis, insurer negotiations, and risk management expertise. The ideal candidate brings deep experience evaluating and negotiating insurance coverage for long-tail and emerging liability exposures and enjoys working directly with clients to develop innovative recovery strategies and solutions. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic insurance recovery plans aligned with client objectives Analyze complex insurance programs, policy language, and coverage issues related to long-tail liabilities Maximize insurance recoveries through effective coverage advocacy and negotiations with insurers Notice and tender submissions Information requests Review and map insurance policies, identifying critical provisions and coverage opportunities Conduct insurance archaeology research and legacy policy investigations Evaluate insurer cost-sharing agreements, settlement proposals, and buyout offers Develop coverage analyses, insurance allocation recommendations, and client presentations Support mass tort, environmental, pollution, asbestos, sexual abuse, concussion, and other complex claims Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing trusted advisory services Collaborate with internal consultants and stakeholders on complex engagements Deliver high-quality reports, recommendations, and project deliverables Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5–10+ years of experience in insurance coverage analysis, claims consulting, insurance recovery, insurance archaeology, legal services, or related fields Experience evaluating and negotiating multi-year insurance coverage claims Strong understanding of complex liability insurance programs and policy interpretation Proven ability to negotiate with insurance carriers and drive favorable client outcomes Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously Strong client-facing and relationship management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with: Insurance archaeology Legacy policy research Environmental liability claims Toxic tort claims Emerging coverage matters Mass tort litigation support Background working for: Insurance archaeology firms Coverage law firms Insurance consulting organizations Strong negotiation and dispute resolution experience Experience leading complex client engagements and expanding consulting relationships Knowledge of risk management programs and insurance recovery strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
