Join a collaborative and highly regarded Family Medicine team working in a state-of-the-art medical clinic. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in family medicine and enjoy being part of a team.

Elliot Health seeks an experienced Family Medicine Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, as a full-time floater to cover our NH practice locations: Bedford, Raymond, Suncook, Hookset, Londonderry, and Windham.

Covering holidays, sick, vacation, and more. Administrative duties working from home when not in the office.

Work in a state-of-the-art Medical Clinic with Lab, X-Ray, Urgent Care, and Pharmacy on-site. Benefit from a supportive administrative team and staff along with the following to promote a balanced lifestyle:

With a 24/7 adult and pediatric Hospitalist Services for admissions and inpatient care, our outpatient physicians enjoy a limited call rotation. The opportunity to provide inpatient medicine is available for those who wish to maintain those skills.
