We believe in doing meaningful work, treating people with respect and building a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.If you're excited about making an impact and being part of a team that values sincerity, ownership, advocacy and resilience — We'd love to hear from you.Work OverviewWe are looking for a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Field Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and providing support to home health Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) and/or Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) while ensuring high quality care is delivered to patients in their home environments. The Field Supervisor will also build caseloads for the home health SLPAs and/or SLP-CFs by conducting patient evaluations and ensure that patient goals are met in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for home health SLPAs and/or SLP-CFs, offering guidance and support in clinical decision-making, patient care and documentationConduct regular field visits to ensure quality care is being provided and offer mentorshipMonitor and evaluate SLPAs and/or SLP-CFs progress in treating their caseloads, providing constructive feedback if necessaryBuild and maintain caseloads for home health SLPAs and/or SLP-CFs, ensuring an appropriate mix of patients to optimize productivity and treatment outcomesCollaborate with the team to adjust caseloads on therapist availability and patient needsEnsure that caseload management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements and best practicesConduct at least 8 patient evaluations per week assessing patient needs and function to develop individualized treatment plansBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
