Primary Care RN — Triage, Education & Care Coordination

Adelante Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Goodyear, AZ clinic to support patient care, triage calls, and care coordination across teams. You will work with a dedicated clinical team to conduct preventative screenings, administer standing orders, and assist with care plan implementation in a busy primary care setting.
